a few days ago i went to the beach for around 5-6 hours without sunscreen (yeah) and got sunburn on my arms a little on my face. but now it's almost gone. i also have been fake tanning with aveeno continuous radience a week before. today i showered and exfoliated and shaved my legs but then after i came out i put on lotion and saw little brown dots on the bottom near the shoe of my leg. it isn't on the other side of my leg only one side, what are they? is it from the fake tan? i exfoliated though?

It could be from the fake tan, or it could be tar from the beach. Could they be freckles?
