I am very fair skinned and on the back of my arms i have a bunch of bumps kinda like zits and its kinda like i have goose bumps all the time. they sometimes turn red too. I don't know how to get rid of them?? I have tried exfoliating but it didn't help.

yah i've heard of those before. go to the store and get Eucerin cream (its just medicated lotion but youd ont need a prescription or anything) and keep the back of your arms mosturized and they should go away eventually! or you could try aquaphor- you get it at the store (like kmart or kroger maybe) hope this helps! good luck!;]
Reply:have u tried proactive?It is for the face..but im sure it will work on the rest of the parts u are looking for..and its effective!
