ive got liek really small spots on my chest but i dunno how to get rid of them or why ive got them?





anyone else have them..or know who to get rid of them,!!?

My friend had white spots on her chest and it turned out she had gotten a fungus from the tanning bed she was using. If its red bumps, you could have a chemical allergy from anything from your clothes detergent to soap to perfume.

Okay, TMI, but do the bumps have anything in them? You could have acne, KP, or folliculitus.

Reply:is it from the heat? try using a nice loofah sponge to scrub dead skin away and a body wash like clean and clear or neutrogena
Reply:Some people get mild acne on their chest/back area. Try using St. Ives Apricot Blackhead and Blemish Clearing Scrub, you can buy it at any drugstore. It will exfoliate the area, so even if the spots aren't acne, it should help clear them up.

Reply:its perfectly normal. if you want to get rid of them. try putting a bit of toothpaste on them and leave it about 10 minutes. do it for about a week. it works. trust me.
