Reply:that the person likes anchors? . . . Why don't you ask the person you saw it on? Most people have significant personal meaning attached to their tattoos. The ones that don't deserve to be slapped. So either way you win, you find out what it means, or you get to laugh at someone for being stupid.

however, getting a tattoo might not really be a good idea. you might 'mature' and think your tattoo is stupid and want to get rid of it, which is difficult. i've known a few people who've gotten tattoos and after a few years ended up hating them. consider this really carefully.
