make sure you change it before and after swimming, if you cant use a tampon then you cant swim im afraid. (some people cant use them)

i take it this is your first summer with your period, which therefore means you don't know how to use a tampon?
if it's too awkward to ask your mum (or if you don't have one to ask, like me) then you're gonna have to read the weird tampon instructions on the box, and spend a while in the bathroom figuring it out. don't hurt yourself, and happy bleeding =)
