(skin candy) Brighton which is a tattoo and piercing parlor, im going there to get my cartilage pierced and i went there before for advice because i wanted a gun they said no use needle its better , but we could use a stud which would be used in the gun





alsoo is a normal earing stud, (which would be what they use in the gun) suitable for cartilage piercings? xx

nooo you shouldn't use an earing and a gun to do cartilidge piercings


using a gun and an earing to pierce it can shatter the cartilidge and **** your ear up, if you want a stud in it then wait until it's healed to put whatever you like in. if the piercer allows you to be pierced with a gun then dont let them!


they will need to pierce it with a needle, and they will use either a bar or a ring (a bar is better i reckon)


most piercing shops will be able to sell you jewelry, the type of jewelry you wear will depend on the placement and the gauge that they pierce at

umm they have certain ear ring 4 cartilage piercings


so no u wouldnt use a labret stud or barbell because those aren't meant for your ears and they aren't made a small enough gage for a new cartilage piercing. Most cartilage piercings are around 22 to a 18 gage [[ the bigger the number the smaller the gage ]] and most labret studs and barbells are around a 16 to a 14
