I still need help with my question...?

http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;...

I asked it last night, but nothing is working. I've used lube, neosporin, trying force. It's not that they won't go through, it's just that my holes aren't big enough at entry I believe. Is there anything that can be done about that?

Try butter.

Maybe you should use a smaller gage then move to a bigger one slowly so then your ear will stretch.
Reply:Theres no avoiding surgery. Do you really think you will want those big holes in your ears in 20 years?
Reply:In most tattoo/piercing shops they offer free stretching, You need a taper, So my best advice is go to a shop take your jewelry and ask them to taper it for you, They shouldn't charge you anything but it would be nice for you to tip them =) Good luck,

By the way, Even if you do force it and it tears a little it will still be okay and heal properly you will just have to keep it clean with dial soap and apply bactine or salt water 3 to 4 times a day, Also as long as you don't go extremely big then no surgery will be needed they shrink back up over time and go right back to normal, The owner of the shop my boyfriend works at had his up to an inch, They're almost back down to 00 now and look fine
Reply:It sounds like you are trying to gauge a piercing yourself. Stop, and go to a piercer. You will do nothing but irritate your piercing, cause you pain and aggravation, and you are not in a sterile environment. A reputable piercer who is licensed, trained, bloodborne pathogens certified, and autoclaves all instruments touching you is the person for this job! You very well could rip or tear your piercing doing what you are doing. This can cause unnecessary scar tissue, infection...Please look up MRSA on the Internet-it CAN kill you. I only charge $5 a taper/stretch per piercing site. It is inexpensive to have this done. Why risk your health and your piercing? Please let a professional do this. It's worth it in every aspect! Good luck to you, please be safe =)
