I need advice in achieving a beach body!I am 17, 5"11 and i think 155lbs, i want to loose weight quite....

drastically as I am going on holiday. I have a slight history of bulimia which i got hold of before it got hold of me, only one person knows I suffered from it. however i am really unhappy with my body, especially my stomach and arms. i've cut down on my snacking and ina week i've lost 3lbs so i now weigh 152lbs. Im only eating three meals a day and drinking water in between but i haven't seen any real difference, and i am afraid of falling into my old ways.help!

include exersize in your daily routine. just walking everyday can help but you have to make it count. walk for about 15 to 30 mins. if your not afraid to get sweaty then power walk or jog. even if the number on the scale isnt changing you can feel the difference in your body. less fat and firmer legs especially. also try just doing 5 pushups a day for your arms. you dont need to do major workout. little things can make a big difference.

you're gonna have to join a gym....





just changing your diet might help you lose weight but will leave you with saggy skin unless you go and tone up and join a gym





let's face no matter how many situps you do, it's gonna stay hidden under all that flab unless you do cardio work

i use to have an eating disorder to i was anorexic and i wasn't even really fat but after i passed out from not eating and over exercising i started to eat normal but before i was so paranoid i wouldn't even eat around people!!





but back to you,eating 3 meals a day is bad because your body is being trained to burn calories slow so you should go ahead and try eating every hour or two hours but not meals!!


like eat maybe ceareal then an hour later have a bananna..you know?because tht way your metabalism is always burning something and don;t eat junkfood!!


also when you eat 3 meals a day,then your body will store the food instead of burning it,and you should also drink at least 9 cups of water a day,more if your active or do sports..

Reply:change ur meals to 5 small ones reguallary in throughout the day. add exercise, 20 mins to an hour of gentle exercise.also/or squats and sit ups for a more toned stomach.





or you could try water elliminating tablets or medicine.. that works wonders in such a small amount of time.





bulimia is satisfactory for your conscience but doesnt help you much at all.. unless your not eating at all.
