Summer time help!?

if you have only a little bit of extra weight and you want your stomach and thighs firmer what would you do to make it go away faster...like i have this wierd fat thing right under my ribcage thats small and then a little roll of fat under that and it looks wierd..im not everly large just out of shape...so what would work fast

im the same, if you find a good way please let me know as i am finding it hard! apparently your stomach is the hardest to lose weight.

I would actually recomend buying a pilates tape. It works wonders for me. Unfortunatly I haven't been able to do pilates for a while because of so much homework I get assigned each night. but really you can lean your whole body doing pilates. I saw results the first time I did them.
Reply:ok this is gonna sound weird but i had the same problem. I did this routine everyday after school and it rele worked. First wat u do is u take a stick, or a broom or something straight and u prop it up 2 1/2ft off and parralel to the ground. Then u jump over it but u have to face sideways. You go for....


~15seconds-----take a 30sec break


~30seconds------ take a 45 second break


~45seconds------take a minute break


~1minute----------take a 1min break


~1min 15sec-----take a 1min break


~1min 30sec-----take a 1min break


******Then as this gets easier up the time u r doing it and decrease ur rest time


Then just do some sit-ups and crunches after to help flaten things out

Reply:Eat a healthier, lighter diet.


There's really no way to target one area of fat, you need to lose some weight all over and then exercise regularly.


When you do exercise, running is good and also doing some sculpting exercise videos that target abs and thighs.


If you really make an effort then you should see results quickly.
