Just bought Dove sensitive soap bar, will this help prevent razor burn to very razor burn prone skin?

my legs are very prone to razor burn but after I heal it with my witch hazel aloe vera mix should this soap help prevent razor burn on my very sensitive and very dry skin?

wait if you are shaving using it no, but if you like wash your legs after shaving them with shaving cream maybe.. you have to use shaving cream i didnt think you did but then i was reading this health magazine and it said you have to or u will get razor burn and have really dry rough skin
Reply:It might help some, but the best thing you can do for razor burn is to prevent it. Find a good quality razor, preferably one with replaceable blades, and keep a good sharp blade in it at all times. The least little bit of wear on a razor (especially the disposables) will irritate sensitive skin.





I use the Mach III, but I've noticed a couple of new ones being advertised on TV that might be better. Ask around and get some ideas about good razors.
