Lip Piercing Help?

I"m about to turn 15 and there's two more weeks left to my holiday.





And I'm thinking of getting a lip piercing. I know where to get it. But I'm worried about the pain and the procedure. Does it hurt? And if anyone has pierced it at Stege, it would be an added bonus. If not, feel free to tell me your experience anyways.





And could you prep me on the aftercare? Plus, one of my troubles is that i'm wondering how to cover it up when i go to school as they dont allow it. :(

My daughter, who is pain-phobic and needle-phobic, had her lip done and was very pleasantly surprised at how little it hurt. It only took a few minutes.





For aftercare she washed it gently twice a day and rinsed with a water and sea salt solution.





You can get clear plastic retainers to wear instead of jewelry. Hopefully that will work for school.

Thats sick especially for a girl to get a lip piercing and hide it then what is the point

yeah i heard that it barely hurts at all and is easy to take care of.
Reply:Hum really i think it's based on opinion. I didn't think mine hurt although my best friend though it did. How well do you take pain? As far as covering it you can buy a retainer. there see though but you can't start wearing it right away you have to wait t least a month.

It's just a small pinch/sting and it's over in two seconds.


It's not bad at all.





When I went to get my lip pierced, I was a little worried about the pain but mostly excited.


It's over quickly and when it was over, I couldn't believe how painless it was.


My piercing healed up nicely.
