I need a hot body in two weeks!!!! HELP!?

hi there....


i am a 16 year old guy...i weigh 55 kgs and am 5 ft 5 inches tall.........so i guess it's obvious that im pretty lanky and i DO NOT have a weight loss problem........


i need a decently hot body in two weeks...got some sudden news that i'll be spending a weekend at the beachside....so i need a good looking body...can anyone out there kindly suggest some exercises to me?...u kno....to have a decent chest, set of biceps and abs..... thanks..

You can't make ANY visible changes to your body in two weeks, even the most subtle changes take a month before anything noticeable can be achieved vie regular gym workouts. Clearly defined biceps and abs take months to build combining both diet and regular weight training, sometimes years depending on the effect desired.

i dont know how much 55kgs is... how bout you put it in lbs.


lol but you need to pump some iron. Do alot of running, crunches, strength training, and get some protein in ya!

Reply:Nothing drastic will happen in two weeks. Best bet running, push-ups, crunches, sit-ups, leg lifts ( for the lower part of the stomach). Do it in reps and try to do 3 reps of each taking a ten second break in between each rep. if you have gym equipment or access to it, lift weights and anything else you have access to. good luck with it. oh and eat healthy food stay away from processed crap if you can.
Reply:If it was two months ok, but two weeks is a little on the short side!





I would just do some regular running, sit ups, puch ups and the normal excerices to tone yourself. Reat lots of fruits, they will make your skin look nice!

Reply:do situps and abdominal crunches then use a low weight to tone ur arms
