An isotope is an atom of the same element that has a different mass. For example, most carbon in the world is carbon 12. Its isotope is carbon 13. It weighs 13 amu instead of 12 because it has one more neutron.

An allotrope is a different form of the same element. For example, carbon can exist as coal, graphite (pencil lead), or diamond. All three of those things are pure carbon, but they have different properties because of their different structures.

Sorry I can't answer the "important" question....

Everybodys body is different. Thats what make us all unique and individuals. Learn to like the way you look. If other people don't like your looks, hang out with different people. As people age, looks deteriorate. The one thing that will last is your inner persona. You should be concentrating more on that. I know your young and it sounds like a bunch of hog wash now, but when your older, wiser, and more mature you'll understand.
