Heat rash?

please help..





what can I put on, I don't have any special cream, or baby powder..





it's on my upper legs, close to my private part..about a good 2 inches away..





how long will it take to go away??





what should I wear as pants wise till it goes away? is sweats okay, or does that make it worse??

i think i have hear rash too, i use some antibacterial cream from target it works
